1. Reservation and Cancellation Policy
We need your credit card number to secure your reservation.
If you do not have a credit card you can pay an agreed deposit by cheque. However, we must receive this cheque within 3 days after the booking which must be 7 days in advance of your arrival to allow it to be cleared by our bank.
A £10 deposit per person will be deducted from your credit card if you cancel within one calendar month.
14 days notice of a cancellation is the minimum otherwise the bill has to be paid for in full unless we can resell the room.
If you do not arrive for your reservation without canceling, we will deduct the money using the provided credit card number.
2. Payments
We can accept the following cards: Credit Cards; Debit Cards, Delta Cards, Switch Cards, American Express Cards, Diners Cards; EC-Card (Maestro)
We cannot accept cheques on arrival unless otherwise agreed by manager
3. Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8.30 am and 9.00 am. Regrettably, we are unable to serve breakfast later.
4. Smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel. However, you are allowed to smoke in our downstairs TV-room. Please be a responsible guest and ensure the safety of other guests. Be careful not to damage the carpet or furniture as this again would result in the costs being added to your bill.
5. Drugs
We are a drug-free hotel. The misuse of drugs can result in the Police being called.
6. Your Guests
All non-hotel guests must leave the hotel by 11.00 at night; otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the full person rate for the guest. This is for your own and other guests’ safety and to prevent any confusion during rescue in the event of a fire.
